TEAM SCHEDULES

Each team within the pathway follows a different schedule based on its goals and level of competition. The Youth Development Team aligns closely with regional calendars while also participating in select national training opportunities. The U21 Race Team and A1R Podium Team focus more heavily on major national and international events.
Across all groups, however, there are core training blocks and key camps that are required, as these are the sessions that deliver the greatest gains in safety, skill development, and overall performance. Sailors are encouraged to attend as much of the schedule as possible, but meeting these core commitments is essential to ensuring meaningful progression within the program.

The events listed below represent a snapshot of planned activity, including major regattas, regional clinics, and national training blocks. This is not an exhaustive list. Each team’s final, detailed calendar — including required sessions, optional opportunities, and regional variations — will be released at the end of the year once all venues, coaches, and partner programs are confirmed.

Please do not apply to the team if you cannot commit to attending our key camps and training blocks.

We will also host as many training weekends as possible between events at our 

Hubs and try to provide charter boats at deeply discounted rates with housing 

connections so that you can fly in and sail to reduce travel costs.

Our goal will be to facilitate the movement of our team boats where we can but

you should expect to be responsible for all movements for now.
